Did you know: Research shows there are more differences between individuals than between men and women.
If so, then what is masculinity and what is femininity?
This is the question I asked over a decade ago and what I eventually discovered surprised and delighted me. After digging deep into spiritual insights, psychological research and historic accounts, I uncovered remarkable shifts in global cultures that color our modern perspectives in surprising ways. We’ve made generous strides from a troubled past, improving freedoms for all people regardless of race, gender and other qualifiers. What I’ve uncovered is helping me shed my own biases—perspectives I grew up with that seemed ‘normal’ or those I developed to protect myself. As a result, I feel an expanded sense of freedom, self-confidence and calm. My goal is to share this perspective in my book, The Gender Key: Unlocking the Truth About Gender Traits and Culture.

Gender traits have been obscured and distorted throughout history, resulting in imbalance, confusion, and discord in relationships. Gender bias has also been used as an argument to legitimize acts of discrimination, corruption and violence. This work aims to restore balance to an age-old concept that deeply affects society and individual experience, and to restore the original beauty, harmony and significance of gender-based concepts.

Origins of The Gender Key
This topic started as a curiosity many years ago that led me to dig into various tracks of research. When I experienced a remarkable a-ha moment, I dug deeper. I was so struck by what I learned, I decided to share it with others.
Combining my expertise in Psychology, Research and Spirituality, I honed in on a unique perspective of gender traits that has pushed my view of gender dynamics into a new and exciting realm.
